REFUGEE WORKSHOP JUNE 2011: Guidelines for Poster Presentations |

The audience for the workshop and the poster presentations includes personnel and staff and individuals from different organizations and institutions working with refugees in Malaysia.
Registration deadline is May 30th.
Please see below registration form, filled up and send it to yolanda@msri.org.my.
You will be provided a space to exhibit the different projects, research and/or any other activities that your organization is doing regarding refugees in Malaysia. The poster size will be:
- A) 4ft x 2ft or
- B) 8ft by 4ft.
Please specify your poster board preference.
Poster number will be given to you upon registration so that you can identify your poster panel.
Poster presentation could include a single sheet or multiple sheets, fliers, and any other relevant material as long as it fits within the space provided for display.
In addition, you will be provided a table size 4ft by 1ft.
Push pins are required to set up the poster and other material. We will provide pins.
Please make sure a representative from your organization is present alongside your posters from 8:30am to 10:00am to facilitate questions and discussions.
Handouts are optional.
All presenters are required to register for the workshop.
It is the presenters` responsibility for setting up and removing the poster.
